WELLNESS RITUALS

Meditation: The act of focusing on a sound, a phrase, your breath or movement in order to increase awareness of the present moment, promote relaxation therefore reducing stress and enhancing your personal growth.

We offer guided meditation; either in small groups or a private setting.  Our therapist will teach you how to take deep, full and productive breaths.  These sessions are great for meditation beginners as you will learn how to relax the mind, breath into the body and revitalize the soul.  The benefits of meditation include a reduction in anxiety, increased mental focus, decreased feelings of depression,  an increase in self esteem and an overall sense of well being.

Complimentary Sessions:  Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:00 am

These are group meditations lasting 10 - 20 minutes and are free of charge. Whether you are a beginner that has never meditated before or you enjoy meditation on a regular basis, you will benefit from this session.

You will also receive 10% off any spa service or retail purchase the same day you attend this meditation.

Private Meditation : One on one guided meditation.

15 minutes $15  /  30 minutes $30

ADD this to any Therapeutic Massage or Spa Facial treatment for increased benefits of both the spa treatment & the meditation. *Prices same as above.

Group Meditation:  Two or more people (maximum group size 6).
